Lobby Legends Winter Veil will kick off on Dec. 2. Here’s who will be playing and the community’s thoughts on the current state of the game mode.
The Hearthstone Battlegrounds Lobby Legends Winter Veil action is kicking off this weekend! At stake is a $100,000 prize pool and the title of the ninth Lobby Legends winner of the year. Read on for details.
Where to watch and what to expect
Lobby Legends Winter Veil will go from Dec. 2 to Dec. 3 starting at 3 p.m. PST each day.
On day one, the top 16 Hearthstone Battlegrounds players will duke it out across two lobbies. Each of these lobbies will have three matches.
After each match, players will receive points based on their finish. For example, getting first place will result in seven points. Meanwhile, earning second place will mean six points. This will go on until eighth place with zero points.
On day two, only the top eight players will battle for the lion's share of the $100,000 prize pool. Like always, the Lobby Legends action will involve the check format as well. A player will have to get a minimum of 20 points and then secure a first-place finish before they can earn the Hearthstone Battlegrounds Lobby Legends Winter Veil crown.
