After each match, players will receive points based on their finish. For example, getting first place will result in seven points. Meanwhile, earning second place will mean six points. This will go on until eighth place with zero points.

On day two, only the top eight players will battle for the lion's share of the $100,000 prize pool. Like always, the Lobby Legends action will involve the check format as well. A player will have to get a minimum of 20 points and then secure a first-place finish before they can earn the Hearthstone Battlegrounds Lobby Legends Winter Veil crown.

The Hearthstone community on the Battlegrounds meta

There's been talk among players about the current state of the Hearthstone Battlegrounds meta. In addition to Snglitters, players like Dima "Rdu" Radu and Josh "Impact" Graham have chimed in about it.

On Twitter, there is also the mention of the game mode only getting one new quest and a new hero. However, Impact remains hopeful, noting that it's constructed Hearthstone's time to shine.

"You guys will get your turn again," he wrote on Twitter. "[I'm] sure undead tribe in BG or some big thing is right around the corner Like it always is."

That's all for now. Stay tuned on Esports.gg for more Hearthstone news and updates.
