Character banners in Genshin Impact version 5.6

The new character banners start on May 7 and are expected to end on May 27. As for the second phase, it will start right after with Kinich and Raiden Shogun's reruns. You can start pre-farming for Escoffier and Ifa if you want to wish on their banners.

May 9 to May 26

The first event of the version is the Whirling Waltz. It is the main event where you'll have many small challenges to complete to get the new exclusive four-star weapon, as well as many other rewards, including 990 primogems. You'll also meet various friends such as Kinich, Wriothesley, Navia, Furina, and many more!

May 13 to May 20

In every version, we used to have some community and web events that you can participate in to get some primogems. The "No way, bro! VS "No, YOU!" will be available for a week to complete and get 30 primogems. Don't miss it!

May 19 to June 3

Operation Downpour Simulation is the upcoming event. It is a wargame that will test your strategic skills as you decide the best approaches for each scenario. You can choose a more defensive or aggressive strategy, so think carefully to complete the challenges as quickly as possible. Understand your game pieces, and you can even invite some friends to help you out.

May 27 to June 9

Chronicle of Shifting Strategems is a battle event where you can test multiple team compositions and adapt them to your enemies. You have many levels of difficulty, and each step of points will give you even more rewards. You will have challenge buffs and recommended elements to help you build your best team. Additionally, you can see how your friends are doing in the event by checking them on the Challenge Record.

June 5 to June 16

The Legends Ablaze: Cross-Border Brawl is the final major event of this version. It features a multiplayer mode where you compete against other players to collect the most coins. During the event, you'll have the opportunity to transform into a saurian form, allowing you to utilize their unique abilities to gain an advantage in the game.

June 9 to June 16

Last but not least important: the Ley Line Overflow event is back. As usual, you'll be able to farm Mora and Adventurers’ Experience books to level up your characters. If you're lacking these materials, don't forget to complete the event to earn more rewards.
