Pre-orders have opened on the Apple App Store and with it the launch date for the game has been made public. The store says that the game is coming on May 15th, 2023. This is likely the global launch date for the game so it could come earlier in a regional beta.

The pre-orders on the Apple Store have been launched just two days after the Warzone Mobile Global Summit, which took place in London, England. Some top mobile gaming creators participated in the event.

A popular YouTuber, Noah, revealed in a tweet the Global Summit was to do some early testing of the game and provide feedback.

Activision has been conducting closed alpha tests for the game. Here’s a look at its gameplay from one of these.

120 real players, cross-progression, and the return of Verdansk

What makes Warzone Mobile even more exciting is that Activision has confirmed that the game will have 120 real players. Almost all mobile battle royales use bots to fill up lobbies.

On top of this, the game will have cross-progression with Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. All three Call of Duty games will share items and the battle pass.
