Tokyo Ghoul character, Ken Kaneki, joins Dead by Daylight in new crossover

The popular multiplayer survival horror game, Dead by Daylight, just got a huge announcement: Ken Kaneki, the main protagonist of Tokyo Ghoul, will be joining the game as one of the Killers.

Those now playing Dead by Daylight will have to strategize appropriately, as the powerful Ghoul, Ken Kaneki, has joined the game as one of the Killers. The character's Kagune is fearsome and not a power you would want to come across.

Whoever gets to play as Ken Kaneki in Dead by Daylight will for sure have a hay day with all of his special abilities.

Now that Ken Kaneki has officially joined Dead by Daylight, those playing the game will have to adjust to the character's powers, whether you are the one playing as him or the one running from him.

The new Tokyo Ghoul Killer's power is called the One-Eyed Terror. His special ability, the Kagune Leap, lets players launch tentacles attached to Ken Kaneki, allowing them to attach to any surface and pull him forward.

After his first leap, Ken Kaneki will have the opportunity to leap again, this time attacking a player nearby. This will do a hefty amount of damage, so beware if you are on the run from the Ghoul.

Ken Kaneki will also have an "Enraged" mode, which is sort of a power-up. When Enraged, the Killer can perform up to three consecutive Kagune Leaps, making him exceptionally powerful.

Those afflicted with a Kagune Mark, which happens whenever they are hit by a Kagune Leap, will keep the Enraged power-up going until they are all mended. This gives Ken Kaneki a solid chance at taking everyone out before they can heal.

Dead by Daylight is a popular survivor multiplier game that puts four innocent characters against a deranged Killer. The goal is to stay alive the entire time and defeat the Killer.

If you get to play as the Killer then you have to defeat the four other players in a specific period of time.

Ken Kaneki is the main protagonist of the popular anime, Tokyo Ghoul. The show aired with only three seasons, ending exactly when the manga ended.

It follows a young man who is turned into a Ghoul, which is a flesh-eating monster with incredible abilities. Plagued by his want for human blood, Ken Kaneki strives to not kill any humans and finds different ways to keep himself alive.
