PlayStation Showcase countdown, time, and what to expect

The PlayStation Showcase will be happening soon! This online event will feature PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2 games that are in development. Read on for the PlayStation Showcase countdown, schedule, where to watch, what to expect, and more!

Here is the PlayStation Showcase countdown. The event will kick off on May 24 at 1 p.m. PT

The showcase will happen at the same time worldwide. However, if you would like to know when 1 p.m. PT is in your local time, then you can use a free time zone converter. To use it, enter the time and convert it to your current time zone.

The livestream will begin on May 24 at 1 p.m. PT.  It will also exceed a bit over one hour. The  official PlayStation Twitch and YouTube channels will showcase the event. 

You can also tune in for the excitement in the English livestream video below. If you plan on watching the showcase on YouTube, then remember to press the “Notify me” button for that channel. 

Viewers can expect several new creations from PlayStation Studios, according to PlayStation. This will be in addition to “spellbinding” games from indie creators and third-party partners. 

If you plan to co-stream or save the live broadcast as a VOD, then make sure to omit any copyrighted music. PlayStation warned co-streamers and anyone who plans on sharing recap videos, clips, or other segments about this.

“Please note that this web broadcast may include copyrighted content (e.g. licensed music) that PlayStation does not control," the official blog stated. "We welcome and celebrate our amazing co-streamers and creators, but licensing agreements outside our control could possibly interfere with co-streams or VOD archives of this stream."
