PAX East 2024 features MatPat, League of Legends, and Marvel Snap exclusives

ReedPop and Penny Arcade have revealed that YouTuber Matthew "MatPat" Patrick will deliver a keynote speech at PAX East 2024! Additionally, the Boston-based event will feature League of Legends and Marvel Snap exclusives for attendees.

On March 21, MatPat will be at PAX East 2024 to deliver a speech about his love for the gaming industry and his work as a digital creator. As a YouTuber, MatPat has achieved more than 45 million subscribers and nine billion total views so far. He has also raised more than $6 million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Fans and supporters of his work can look forward to his speech starting at 12 p.m. ET!

In addition to the appearance of MatPat, PAX East 2024 will feature the PAX XP scavenger hunt. This event will give participants the chance to obtain the free Neo PAX Jax skin from League of Legends!

Meanwhile, Marvel Snap fans will be able to claim the Welcome Home Bundle. This item will be all about Captain America! It will include card art, a card pack, plus an in-game title.

According to a press release, PAX East 2024 attendees who check in at the 20th anniversary trophy stop will automatically enter in a draw for the MAINGEAR MG-1 Powered by AMD gaming PC.

Additionally, the Mountain Dew (MTN DEW) brand will join PAX East 2024 as an exclusive sponsor. The beverage brand be at booth #11017 to showcase the new MTN DEW Gaming Rewards program. There will also be a MTN DEW Vault activation involving minigames, MTN DEW trophy stops, and prizes galore.

The 2024 PAX East event will run from March 21 through March 24. It will take place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, which is located at 415 Summer Street, Boston, MA. The event's full schedule can be found on PAX East's official website.
