The Legend of Zelda is getting its very own LEGO set, set to release in 2026. While we do know the year, we have zero idea what the date will be. Unfortunately, this means that it could release during the latter end of 2026, meaning fans might not get their hands on the new Legend of Zelda LEGO set until 2026.

However, the wait will be well worth it, as Nintendo released a short teaser for the new Zelda LEGO set, and it looks absolutely stunning.

So, what else do we know about the Legend of Zelda LEGO set? Which game is it based on, and what characters will it include?

Yep, you read that header correctly. The new Legend of Zelda LEGO set looks to be based on the popular N64 title, Ocarina of Time. We know this because the short teaser shows Link with Navi circling him, which was something we really saw in Ocarina of Time.

Sure, you could make the argument that it's Majora's Mask, but we also see a looming shadow of Ganon growing over Link, which basically confirms the set takes place during Ocarina of Time.

Another notable feature is the raging fire around Link with a blurred-out Zelda behind it. At the end of Ocarina of Time, Link's final battle with Ganon featured this exact scene. I would say it is safe to say that the LEGO set is based on Ocarina of Time. Link also has the Master Sword and Hylian Shield equipped, too, which is just further proof of the game the LEGO set is based on.
