Is Dying Light 2 crossplay for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation?

Developed and published by Techland, Dying Light 2: Stay Human is a game that features the grim tale of Aiden Caldwell and his search for his little sister Mia. According to Techland's official website, Dying Light 2 does not have cross-platform co-op or save transfer features available. However, if you're on PC, then Epic Games players can play with Steam users.

Although crossplay is unavailable, cross-generation co-op sessions are possible for Dying Light 2. This means Xbox One players can play with Xbox Series X|S owners. Similarly, PlayStation 4 versus PlayStation 5 is also available.

According to Techland and Dying Light franchise director Tymon Smektała, cross-platform co-op is a complex technical challenge. Therefore, "we will not say anything concrete about cross-platform plans until we are sure that we can deliver them."
