Yes, according to Ubisoft's official website, For Honor supports matchmaking across PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Crossplay matchmaking is also enabled by default, which means when you jump into the fray, you may face off against others on different platforms.

Is For Honor crossplay?

Yes, For Honor has crossplay. However, note that this feature is only available for Breach, Brawl, Dominion, unranked Duel, Skirmish, Elimination, and Tribute game modes. If you have crossplay disabled in your console's settings, then cross-platform matchmaking may not be available.
