Here’s what we know about the Weapon X Fortnite skin, including when you can get it!
Fortnite leakers recently uncovered another Wolverine skin due to enter the Item Shop rotation. Based on the Weapon X story arc, this Wolverine Fortnite skin draws from the source material with some slight adjustments. When it finally launches, this will become the third Wolverine Outfit, joining the original from Chapter 2 Season 4 and Wolverine Zero from the Fortnite Crew subscription service. When is Weapon X Wolverine coming to Fortnite?
According to Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, the Weapon X Fortnite skin will arrive in the Item Shop on July 5. Although the date could change, you can expect the newest Wolverine Outfit to be available at 8 p.m. ET on that day. For those unfamiliar with Weapon X, this program led to the transformation from Logan to Wolverine. It's become iconic and one of the most important depictions of Wolverine.
With rumors of Fortnite's next season revolving around Marvel, this release time would make sense as Epic Games builds toward Chapter 5 Season 4. Also, it's worth noting that the highly-anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine film hits theaters on July 26. It's no coincidence that the Weapon X Fortnite skin arrives in the same month. All in all, Epic Games meticulously selected the date with many more Marvel collaborations on the horizon.

The exact cosmetics in the Weapon X Fortnite bundle are unknown. ShiinaBR stated that there will be five items in total, which will likely include a Back Bling, a Pickaxe, a Glider, and an Emote.
