Fortnite x Rocket League returns for RLCS Finals with free rewards

Epic Games and Psyonix have maintained a healthy relationship over the last few years. This partnership allowed hit games Fortnite Battle Royale and Rocket League to collaborate, each having unique unlockable cosmetics. Once again, Fortnite x Rocket League is back for the Rocket League Champion Series (RLCS) Finals. 

From today, August 9, until August 14, Fortnite players can watch the RLCS Finals in-game. Furthermore, there are four Fortnite and Rocket League cosmetics you can unlock as part of the latest collaboration. Here's everything you need to know. 

First and foremost, Epic Games has made the RLCS Finals watchable in-game for the second consecutive season. To capitalize on this opportunity, head into Fortnite and select the Rocket League Live Worlds playlist (map code 8205-6994-2065). 

Then, select which team you want to stake your support in for the current series. Finally, you can battle in the Fortnite arena while the RLCS Finals play on the big screen. It's unquestionably the most intriguing viewing option available to Fortnite and Rocket League fans. 

Next, we'll cover how you can unlock rewards in both games.

You can unlock four items as part of this Fortnite x Rocket League RLCS partnership. First, we'll cover the Fortnite quests, which you can complete in-game at the Rocket League Live Worlds playlist we mentioned earlier. 

To unlock the Fortnite RLCS emoticon, back bling, spray, and glider, you must deal damage and eliminate opponents in the game mode. Check below for a list of the quests.
