This collaboration first surfaced at the FNCS Invitational 2022, where the tournament venue offered a MrBeast Burger food stand. One month later, it’s official, Fortnite x MrBeast is a reality. MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge: how you can win $1 million
If you’re familiar with MrBeast’s content, he frequently hosts large-scale challenges with lots of money up for grabs. The Fortnite collaboration is no different. Unlike any Icon Series crossover before, Fortnite x MrBeast will feature a tournament where the winner will take home $1 million.
MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge island goes live in Fortnite on December 13 at 9 AM EST. This time would be perfect for players to learn the landscape by avoiding hazards, collecting coins, and surviving extreme challenges. You will earn “Score” with each completed task that will accumulate before time expires in the match.
Then, on December 17, from 12 PM EST to 3 PM EST, players can enter MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge. You can play as many matches as possible during that period. However, only your best singular match Score counts. The competitor with the highest Score will collect the massive grand prize. Additionally, the top 100,000 players will receive the golden Beast Brella Umbrella.

It wouldn’t be an Icon Series collaboration without in-game outfits. Much like Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Maria "Chica" Lopez, and Ali “SypherPK” Hassan before him, MrBeast is the latest content creator to receive a Fortnite skin. Fortnite x MrBeast Icon Series includes two base sets with various cosmetics. The collection will be available in the Fortnite item shop on December 14 at 7 PM EST.
