CIRCUITDUDE110 is one of several Fortnite players who reached out to Epic Games via the Fortnite Status social media account. Despite collecting all required map pieces, the promised Jack's Ship Glider reward was not granted due to a glitch. Epic Games is well aware of the issue and addressed it in a post on the Fortnite Status account.
Epic Games statement reads as follows:
"We're also aware some players' Pirate Code Bonus Goals are not being tracked as intended.
So long as all eight Map Pieces have been collected, the Jack's Ship Glider will be granted to your Locker once the event ends."
Unfortunately, those eager to get their hands on Jack Sparrow's Ship Glider will have to wait until the event concludes on August 6, 2024, at 4 a.m. ET. Per the quote above, Epic Games has stated that all who acquired the eight map pieces will receive the Glider despite the glitch.

No, the only requirement currently is to collect all eight map pieces via the Cursed Sails Pass. However, it certainly would help to have a screenshot showing that you have completed all related Quests, just in case. With the Fortnite x Pirates of the Caribbean event ending on Tuesday, August 6, you will not have to wait too long before receiving your reward, regardless of the glitch.
Until then, be sure to complete either the Free or Premium Track in the Cursed Sails Pass before it's too late. Once August 6 has passed, you will no longer have the chance to unlock the Jack Sparrow Fortnite skin.
