Fortnite Chapter 6 release date

It has already been almost a year since Fortnite Chapter 5 was first released, meaning Chapter 6 is just around the corner. Here is the official Fortnite Chapter 6 release date and timeline, which Epic Games recently revealed.

Fortnite Chapter 6 will officially release on December 1, 2024. At the moment, folks have no idea whether or not there will be a Chapter 5 event leading up to Chapter 6. However, we do know that OG Fortnite is coming back in November, so it is highly unlikely that there will be an event.

Fortnite OG Chapter 2 is set to release on Nov. 2, which is one month before the start of Chapter 6.

Who would have thought that the Chapter 6 Season 2 release date would be revealed, too? Well, Fortnite also has given fans a date on when to expect Season 2 to release, which is March 11, 2025.

This means Season 1 will last around three and a half months, which is a normal timespan for Fortnite.

The official timeline for updates was also revealed. Let it be noted, though, that we have no idea what each update will entail.

With Chapter 6 just around the corner, it is exciting to see where the battle royale goes with its storyline, world, and even the competitive scene.
