Fortnite Chapter 2 returns on Nov. 2, bringing players back a map that represents an incredible amount of nostalgia for hundreds of thousands of players. Although the landscape will be mostly what you remember, some subtle yet noticeable changes may throw you off your game. Thankfully, Epic Games has provided a look at the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix map while adding the adjustments that will occur during the season. Here is everything you need to know!
A complete look at the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix map
The classic and memorable drop spots are here, from Misty Meadows and Slurpy Swamp to Steamy Stacks and everything in between. This map appears just like you remember it but with a few key changes worth noting. For starters, Midas no longer owns The Agency; instead, Snoop Dogg has taken it over and renamed it "The Doggpound." This is the only notable difference for the first week, but more adjustments will occur as the season progresses.
The other two "Mythic" points of interest (POIs), The Yacht and The Rig, remain untouched, along with all the classic drop spots from Chapter 2 Seasons 1 and 2.
All confirmed Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix POIs

What about The Grotto and The Shark?
You must be wondering about two of Fortnite's most memorable Chapter 2 drop spots: The Shark and The Grotto. Don't worry; they are returning, but I'll bet you didn't expect rap artists Ice Spice and Eminem to be involved in this equation.
Let's cover The Grotto first, which returns on Nov. 7, and Epic Games has been renamed Spaghetti Grotto. The layout is similar to The Grotto, which you know and love, but Eminem now patrols the area instead of Brutus. You can also find plenty of the rapper's Mom's Spaghetti branding within. Eminem also carries the most unique weapon in Fortnite history.
As for The Shark, Ice Spice will take it over on Nov. 14, and it will now go by Shark Island. You should notice a giant inflatable Ice Spice figure atop the shark structure and graffiti everywhere. The Rap Princess herself has replaced Skye as the boss character of this POI.
That covers everything you should know about the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix map. Watch for additional updates and an in-game nod to Juice WRLD, who will become a playable skin during the season.
