Popular Fortnite pro, Eomzo, has officially been kicked from the event.

With Fortnite Globals beginning tomorrow in Fort Worth, Texas, many of the world's best Fortnite players are gathering together at Dickies Arena to face off against each other, proving that only one duo can be the best. Unfortunately, though, it seems as if the player Eomzo got the boot from the event just a day before.

Eomzo kicked from Fortnite Globals the day before

When it comes to the world of Fortnite, there always seems to be a bit of drama surrounding the players. The reason why? Who knows. Last year, during Globals in Denmark, the famous player, Bucke, was escorted from the event to the airport and kicked out of the country.

And now, just a day before the event begins, Fortnite player Eomzo has been kicked from the event.

The drama began when Eomzo's chaperone for the event, Faxuty, was told he was being kicked from Globals. The popular streamer flew to Texas to represent Eomzo, who is underage. Faxuty then claimed on social media that he was unaware of why he was being kicked.

"I’m just trying to think what it could be, this is all me assuming," said Faxuty on Twitter. "I was simply told 'inappropriate language on the broadcast'. Never warned one time besides to tone down my cussing, which I did respectfully. Was super nice and respectful to everyone and all employees."

So, where does Eomzo getting kicked from the event come in? Well, when reviewing paperwork after kicking the player's chaperone, Epic Games noticed that the professional Fortnite player had not filled out the paperwork needed to work in the US properly.

Let it be noted, that the paperwork was there. The player had filled it out, but unfortunately, there was an error or two that invalidated it. Because of this error, the player will no longer be allowed to participate in the event.

If only the system worked a bit better and was easy to fix, but sadly, this is not the case. Eomzo will now have to abandon his duo, forfeiting his spot in the Fortnite Global Championship 2024.

"It’s not even his fault," said Eomzo on Twitter. "Everything would be fine with me. It’s all over one form I missed filling out and for three weeks it was fine until now. No second chance. Nothing malicious on my end."

It hurts seeing these young players miss out on life-changing chances as such. Hopefully, no more issues arise regarding any other foreign players.
