Here is a recap of this week’s playoffs for the CCA Fortnite Creative Series.
The Fortnite Creative Series, held by the Collegiate Carball Association (CCA), held day one of their playoffs this Monday (October 23, 2023) and the action was nothing short of wild. With only a few weeks left, everyone wanted to certify themselves a spot in the finals.
With a first place awarding the winner $15,000 USD, the competition was higher than ever.
Playoffs Day 1 of the Fortnite Creative Series Standings
The first day of playoffs put a lot on the line for many of these players. With everyone competing for a piece of this large prize pool, we saw some of the most competitive gameplay ever seen within Fortnite Creative.

The tournament pitted the qualifying teams against each other, setting them up for day 2, which will be held next Monday, October 30, 2023. While many competitors have had an upset these past few weeks, a couple of players are already looking to be ahead of the curve when it comes to competitive within Fortnite Creative.
Finishing in the Upper Final bracket was:
- Fisher College
- Akron Zips Esports
Finishing in the Lower Round 5 bracket was:
- FGCU Thunderbirds
- Slippery Rock
- UNT
- The Uconn Champs
These teams will have the next week to duke it out and try and take home the highest piece of cash they can from the enormous prize pool.
