It's official. Fans of Hirohiko Araki's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (JJBA) series are getting a JJBA Steel Ball Run anime! The announcement was made on April 12 during the JOJODAY event. At the time of writing this article, the official website for the anime hasn't revealed a JJBA Steel Ball Run anime release date yet. However, fans can rest assured that the anime is “coming soon.” A video description on YouTube confirms that the anime is officially in production as well.

The aforementioned JOJODAY event featured the voice actors for Jonathan, Jotaro, and Jolyne alongside special video appearances from the voices of Joseph, Josuke, and Giorno. What made the celebration extra special was, of course, the confirmation of the JJBA Steel Ball Run anime, adding Johnny to the roster of animated protagonists.
