Every year, Valve hosts The International 2024 features the best Dota 2 teams in action. For a long time, TI featured the largest prize pool in Dota 2, beating its own record up until it crossed $40 million. However, with format changes, the focus changed from being the largest prize pool event in esports to ensuring a sustainable esports environment.

This year, TI13 will have sixteen teams. The event kicks off on September 4 and will come to an end on the 15th. The initial two days will feature the Group stage matches followed by the Seeding Decider on the next two days. The live evnet for the final few days will take place on September 8 to 10th.
