The uncertainty has finally been put to rest – Valve announces the details for TI10, hopefully for the last time

Last month, it was announced that the Swedish government declined to host TI in Stockholm, Sweden as planned for several months. Since that update, fans, talent, and players have been wondering about when and where TI10 would be. It seems now we have our answer.

Where is TI10 going to be?

Valve has finally confirmed The International 10's venue and dates as of the latest update on 8th July 2021. The prestigious event will take place in Bucharest, Romania, from October 7th to 17th. The action will kick off in the Arena Nationala, the country's largest stadium.

Notably, this year's TI will be more spread out than in previous years. The Group Stage is set for October 7th to 10th, followed by a two day break before the Main Stage that starts on the 12th.

This is presently all the available information provided by Valve on TI10. The developer has promised information on ticket sales to come shortly. This implies that a live audience may finally get to witness TI for the first time since 2019.

"At long last, the battle begins."
