DreamLeague Season 25 came to an end, as Team Spirit and Tundra Esports played out their final two games in the postponed Grand Final.

The grand final of DreamLeague Season 25, originally planned for March 2, saw its final two games played on March 4 instead. The original series was postponed due to a distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) attack, but Tundra Esports and Team Spirit were able to complete the tournament today.

A brief scare occurred as we went into the day this time as Tundra called for a pause. Thankfully, it did not last long. After around five minutes, with a computer restart, the problems were solved, and the grand finals of DreamLeague Season 25 went ahead.

Miposhka: Ahead of the rest at DreamLeague Season 25

While it was Tundra that took the series to the full five games, Team Spirit showed us why they’re so strong. Not only is Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov a two-time winner of The International, but today, he played one of the best games we have seen. Jakiro became his position five support choice in the final game. While the Twin-Headed Dragon was already the top pick for the tournament, Miphoska showed his masterclass on the hero.

At one point during the game, the support player was ahead in Net Worth of all the players on the enemy team. It showed, as game 5 saw Tundra in disarray.

Oddly, Illya "Raddan" Mulyarchuk's pick of Clinkz was another strange one. The only time the hero had been picked during the event was by Spirit in Game 2 – where it struggled to find great openings. This time was completely different, as he managed to make perfect rotations to find a way for the hero to shine.

On the back of their brilliant performance, Spirit were the eventual DreamLeague Season 25 winners. Even after a grand final split between a few days, a full series was all we could ask for. Both of the finalists will now prepare themselves for the upcoming PGL Wallachia Season 3 and FISSURE Universe 4 – both coming in March 2025.
