The English and Spanish broadcast talents are announced ahead of the 2023 Lima Major.
With three days until the start of the Lima Major in Peru, Epulze has announced its remote and onsite talents. The roster consists of many big names in the industry, including Jorien "Sheever" van der Heijden and Ioannis "Fogged" Loucas, as well as many other familiar faces!
Some names on the talent roster are no surprise to many, including AvoPlus, SeekNStrike, and, Astini, who have all worked with Epulze for a long time. They had worked with Epulze during the 2021/22 South American Dota Pro Circuit and Astini is Epulze's South American regional manager.
The likes of Capcasts, Tsunami643, Winter, Lacoste, Gareth, Snare, DKTruman, D2Bowie, and SVG have worked with the organization in some capacity in the past, whether during the South American or Southeast Asian DPC. It would be common for an organization to work with talents they are familiar with so it is no surprise to many of the Dota 2 community that they were on the roster for the Lima Major once it was announced.
These talents include Fogged, Ephey, Purge, and Lyrical, and newer casters that have left a lasting impression on the community include Alexandra "Sheepsticked" Roberts, who had her first appearance at The International 2021. She has since been a constant face in the DPC.

Who are the hosts?
The hosts selected for the Lima major are no surprise to many with one addition of Snare following a successful season as a host in the WEU DPC. Many events have followed the trend of having the same host regularly, whether at a Major or a general LAN event. Lately, organizations have presented the same two hosts at the events, Tsunami and Sheever,
According to many in the Dota 2 community, whether the viewers or broadcast talents, Sheever is the gold standard for being a host and she has inspired many of their careers as a caster. Due to her popularity as a person and talent, Sheever is a natural selection as a host for any major events. Tsunami has risen in the community and is a popular choice when it comes to talents for different events.
Sean "Snare" Rihlamvu has grown as a talent in the past year, changing his role after 3 years as a commentator/analyst. He had his first stint as a host during the China DPC in early 2022 and slowly transitioned into the South American DPC. After his first casting job at The International 2022, he held the role of host in the WEU for the first season of the 2023 DPC and will now be hosting the Lima Major.
Marco "Blue" Espinoza is the Spanish broadcast host, as one of 4DEsport's most acclaimed casters and content director. Blue is known for his appearance at The International 2017 and 2019. He most recently worked with Epulze as the Spanish broadcast host for the Southeast Asia DPC.
Who are we missing?
While some of the community's favorite faces will be on-site at the Lima Major, we are also missing some, who will be casting remotely during the group stages. There could be a few reasons that this decision was made, including job conflicts, visas, and even logistics. Some of the off-site talents include ODPixel, MikeLePhoenix, Johnxfire, and Synderen.
A major upset this year is the fact that some faces, including Moxxi and Kipspul are missing from all the regional DPC and Majors.
