Esports.gg will be sponsoring Dota 2’s most successful podcast We Say Things, hosted by Shannon “SUNSfan” Scotten and Troels Lyngholt “syndereN” Nielsen. In honour of the new partnership, the duo created a tier list video.

SUNSFan and SyndereN’s podcast We Say Things has become a pillar of the Dota 2 community over the last two years. The podcast recently passed its 100th episode mark and we’re happy to say Esports.gg will be sponsoring We Say Things for June 2021.

The podcast which airs every week has sparked discussions into a whole host of topics in Dota 2, and is hosted by two beloved individuals, former player turned analyst Troels Lyngholt “syndereN” Nielsen and content creator and memer Shannon “SUNSfan” Scotten. Both SUNSFan and SyndereN are part of the broadcast talent crew for the upcoming DPC WePlay AniMajor set to start on June 2nd.

First content piece as part of our new sponsorship

In honour of the sponsorship we set the We Say Things podcast duo the challenge of making a tier list of the Supporter Club Packs. To make it level playing field, SUNSFan and SyndereN decided to rate the the packs by their voicelines, with a team needing at least 2 English voice lines to be ranked.

From ranking the “Arteezy fanboi” pack to dumpstering another for copyright infringement, the duo shared their unique spin on what makes a good voice line. There was of course no bias by SUNSFan, despite the analyst literally have his own face and voice in one of the supporter packs.

Here are teams the We Say Things duo ranked (in alphabetical order)

  • Arkosh Gaming
  • Evil Geniuses
