The fathers of OG, Ceb and N0tail will be filling in the shoes of team captain, Misha and coach chuvash at the Stockholm Major.
Just a few days before the Stockholm Major begins, OG confirms that its team captain, Mikhail "Misha" Agatov is unable to attend the event due to Visa issues. Filling in his shoes would be the two-time TI winner and former OG offlaner, Sébastien "Ceb" Debs. OG's coach, Evgenii "Chuvash" Makarov also had his Visa denied, which leads to Johan "N0tail" Sundstein standing in his place at the event.
Ceb will stand in for OG at the Stockholm Major
Confirming the floating rumors, a Visa issue is striking the Dota 2 scene and the first victim on the list is OG. Both Misha and chuvash won't be at the grand event and it is extremely unfortunate. This would be OG's first Dota 2 Major as the new generation. The squad even had a brilliant performance in the recent Western European (WEU) Regional League, earning the top seed. But due to the inevitable Visa issue, a coach and a player are to miss the event, and replacing them isn't just anybody.
The fathers of OG themselves, Ceb and N0tail will stand in for the two Russian players. Ceb who is known for his uplifting energy and deep knowledge will be playing alongside the youngbloods at the Stockholm Major. Meanwhile, N0tail will be standing in OG as a temporary coach. For long-time OG fans, it'll be exciting to see the duo back in the Dota 2 booths at the main event.
Prior to this incident, people speculated that Russians would unlikely get their Visas approved due to ongoing Ukraine - Russia war. If this is the case, more Russian players might not make it to the Stockholm Major and we have to brace ourselves for a little chaos.

This scenario has also been mentioned by OG’s CEO, JMR Luna. In light of the EEU region competing in a last-minute tournament for slots at the Major, JMR Luna implied that Visa might be a big issue.
He also stated that the process of getting a Visa was "tricky" for all of OG except for Taiga.
The lineup of OG players at the Stockholm Major will be as follows:
- Artem “𝗬𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶” Golubiev
- Bozhidar “𝗯𝘇𝗺” Bogdanov
- Ammar “𝗔𝗧𝗙” Al-Assaf
- Tommy “𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗮” Le
- Sébastien “𝗖𝗲𝗯” Debs
- Johan “N0tail” Sundstein [Coach]
Get ready for the next Dota 2 Major
The Stockholm Major is already upon us. Fourteen teams are ready to battle on the world stage. In a fight for valuable DPC points, a $500K USD prize pool, and the title of a Major champion, they move to Stockholm, Sweden. But alongside the fire to compete comes a lot of hurdles. We'll have to wait and see if more teams fall to the Visa bomb, which *fingers-crossed* won't happen!
