Deadlock Tracklock site stops working

According to a post on Tracklock.gg's Discord server, Valve has implemented more aggressive rate limits, resulting in no new games being tracked. However, the site will soon undergo changes to accommodate this. At the time of writing this article, the Tracklock.gg has a 504 error.

"Valve's turned on even more aggressive rate limits and now there are no new games being tracked," the message stated. "We will be making some changes to the site soon to accommodate for this."

Tracklock encourages patience as Valve limits stat tracking

The announcement also advised players not to complain to Valve. It explained that since the game is still in the works, it's evident that Valve isn’t ready for stat tracking sites at Deadlock's current stage.

"The game is still in beta, and it's clear they're not prepared for stat tracking sites just yet," the post stated. "In the meantime, we'll focus on improving our features (we’ve only been up for a week!) and be ready once Valve provides a solution."

Currently, Deadlock is in early development. It features temporary art and experimental gameplay. Access is limited to friend invites through playtesters only. Additionally, while the game is not yet available on Steam, interested players can add it to their wishlist.
