Team Vitality’s 21-game win streak is at stake as they take on Wildcard to start their run through BLAST Rivals Spring 2025.

Team Vitality is coming off of a huge IEM Melbourne tournament. Not only did they win, but they snagged the coveted ESL Grand Slam with the victory. And now, they travel directly to Copenhagen to keep their winning streak alive with Team Vitality vs. Wildcard at BLAST Rivals Spring 2025.

They've got no head-to-head past as organizations, so this will be a fresh competition for fans to enjoy. Will Team Vitality overcome their celebrations and jetlag so soon in order to deal with the Wildcard thrown in front of them?

Highlights

A quick first round looked to lead to a surprising upset for Wildcard. Of course, that didn't happen as Vitality took the next three in a row. That was capped by ropz mowing down three WC players. And that was really it for the first half as both teams' wins were some good old fashioned CS, though Vitality stayed ahead.

After the half on Inferno, Wildcard would manage a few more rounds, but it was nothing special going in their favor. Team Vitality constantly retaliated and made some incredible plays like an Ace from mezii and a nasty Deagle flick from ZywOo. That propelled them to a map one victory.

Kicking off Dust2 saw ZywOo pop off again with three quick pistol kills. They had no problem maintaining that early momentum. Give it up for ropz, who netted another 3K for VIT. They steamrolled Wildcard in the opening half with seven rounds in a row until a nice clutch by JBa finally got WC on the board.

Wildcard would actually get a few more rounds, but Team Vitality retained a solid lead. A big opening round could have turned things around for WC, but VIT fought back for double digits. An easy finish came to the map, as they extended their series win streak to 22 without breaking a sweat.
