Black Myth: Wukong has hit the highest concurrent players on Steam except for PUBG, securing the top one in buy out games.

On August 20, 2024, the highly anticipated action RPG Black Myth: Wukong was officially released on Steam. The game quickly climbed the ranks, surpassing popular titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and ELDEN RING. Not only did it become the most-played buyout game on the platform, but early reports also highlighted its impressive pre-order success.
