Want to learn more about your favorite legends? Respawn Entertainment has provided a lot of backstory and lore since the game launched. Here's all of the LGBTQ+ legends on the roster.

Bloodhound

Bloodhound has been confirmed to be non-binary by the Apex Legends team at Respawn Entertainment. They have identified this way since the game launched and developers have reminded players about it multiple times since.

Bloodhound's identity has confused people in the past because they are very mysterious and don't reveal too much about themselves. But developers have taken away any doubt by announcing Bloodhound's identity on Twitter and beyond.

Fuse

A relatively newer legend added to the roster, Fuse is also LGBTQ+. It's been confirmed that the explosives enthusiast is pansexual, which means he's attracted to people regardless of sex or gender.

Recently, Apex Legends devs released a short video that revealed that Fuse and Bloodhound had a romantic relationship. This was already rumored based on some voice lines in the game between the two legends, which had players wondering about their peculiar banter.

Gibraltar

Apex Legends writers confirmed that this OG character is gay. The powerful yet gentle giant had a boyfriend named Nikolas before he joined the Apex Games. In his lore, Gibraltar and Nikolas stole his dad's motorcycle but found themselves trapped in a mudslide. His father ended up saving both of them.

Loba

This sexy and sarcastic character is bisexual. Loba has a lot of flirty voice lines and is unapologetic. Still, she has a dark past that she's often fighting to forget. Her parents were murdered by Revenant in one of the most heartbreaking shorts so far. Through it all, however, Loba is not afraid to be herself.

Valkyrie

The high-flying aviator is lesbian. She's been described as writers as "owning her sexuality" and not being ashamed of her identity. An official description of Valkyrie reveals that she's had a lot of good luck with the ladies. It reads: "Even though she had her ladies, her liquor, and her love of the sky, she was still obsessed with finding the man who'd put her father in harm's way."

Seer

This stylish legend not only changed the meta but made a big statement when he was released. On Twitter, narrative director Amanda Doiron said: "Seer sees to the heart of people and doesn't limit himself to a specific gender." It was later confirmed that he's pansexual.

Catalyst

This witchy legend with the power to create objects and walls is transgender. In a video about her story before the Apex Games, Catalyst stated: "I feel like the whole world has opened up, now that I’m myself… Transitioning, that was sort of hard.” She is also voiced by a trans voice actress, Meli Grant. Grant has taken to Twitter to celebrate Catalyst being open about her identity and journey.
