Here’s how the new and returning partners of the ALGS Year 5 Championship level up the on-site experience for competitors and fans.
The Apex Legends Global Series 2026 Championship (ALGS 2026 Championship), also called the ALGS Year 5 Championship, has returned to Sapporo, Japan. This year, the event features new and returning partners.
ALGS Year 5 Championship partners
According to Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), this year's ALGS Championship partners include Sony INZONE, Red Bull, Razer, Google Play, AndGAMER, and GALLERIA. While Sony INZONE and Red Bull return as the event's monitor and headset plus energy partners respectively, Google Play makes its debut with a dedicated booth at the venue. The booth also features exclusive rewards for Google Play Points VIP members.
Razer, meanwhile, is the official chair partner of the ALGS 2026 Championship. This means the brand is supplying professionals and aspiring players with the Razer Iskur V2 NewGen chairs. The brand has a booth with giveaways, demonstrations, and even the chance to meet Razer partners as well.

As for AndGAMER, also known as Void Gaming, it's a Japanese gaming brand that's showing off new products at its booth. Void Gaming is supplying controllers for the ALGS free-play arena, too. Next, GALLERIA serves as the official PC partner, equipping competitors and offering fans a 60-player free-play setup in the FanZone.
"The ALGS Year 5 Championship is a huge collaboration between our players, viewers, and of course our valued partners," Monica Dinsmore, the head of esports at EA, said. "The number of global and local partners involved with this event is a great example of the impact hosting an ALGS event has, providing lots of opportunities not only to local Sapporo businesses but also to some of gaming's biggest brands."
ALGS 2026 Championship partners support local scene
As for the City of Sapporo, it has multiple collaborations to celebrate the ALGS Year 5 Championship. These include takeovers of the Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway and Fukuzumi Subway Station. Meanwhile, the Hokkaido Electric Power Company powers the venue using electricity matched with renewable energy sources while BEAMS has limited ALGS merchandise, including a hoodie, hat, and bag, sold exclusively at the Daiwa House PREMIST DOME.
In terms of the localized broadcast or regional audience, RAGE supports Apex Legends esports as the official Japanese production partner. Other partners include NTT East, which provides high speed and fiber connectivity, and Macaron et Chocolat, which is known for creating custom Apex Legends gift boxes.
There's a slew of on-site booths to check out at the ALGS Year 5 Championship, and if that isn't enough, then attendees can also visit dedicated booths for teams such as Crazy Thieves, Team Liquid, Gen.G Esports, Virtus.Pro, and more. Fans who are following the action remotely can engage with the event as well through esports betting platforms.
