FaZe Clan take the win.

FaZe Clan took a match point win in the ALGS Regional Finals, closing out a win in game 9. They were followed closely by Alliance, who take second after being unable to take the match point win for themselves. However, this was still enough for the Swedish organisation to take the overall Pro League title.

FaZe Clan close out ALGS Regional Finals win

FaZe Clan closed out the Regional Finals with a fantastic final zone sweep. They had the high ground when it came down to the final three. NAVI and Ninjas in Pyjamas were forced to fight, and FaZe were able to sweep in. While it wasn't a totally easy third party, resisting a push inside a building is a really tough task.

FaZe Clan came close to an ALGS win on a couple of other occasions. Their performance was impressive, not least because of the amount of Mobile Respawn Beacons they were able to use across the nine games.

This win truly establishes FaZe Clan as a leading team heading into the ALGS Split 2 Playoffs. The addition of Naghz has worked perfectly, and this roster moves from underdog status to top of the pack.

Alliance win the EMEA Pro League

A tense and close EMEA Pro League title race sadly fizzled out. Gaimin Gladiatiors were just two points behind Alliance ahead of todays Regional Finals. However, they struggled the entire day and were rooted to the bottom of the leaderboard.

However, the way Alliance played would have made it hard for the Gladiators to snatch the Pro League title. Scoring over 100 points, Alliance were at their aggressive best.

They played some inspired Apex Legends today, with Unlucky pulling off one of the best clutches in ALGS history. At 1HP, with the zone at his back, he used Fuse Knuckle Clusters to perfection to salvage a win from almost the worst possible position.

Unlucky has reached a new level since joining Alliance and this side seems to be peaking just in time for the Esports World Cup and ALGS Split 2 Playoffs. They join FaZe Clan among the favourites to bring a global ALGS title back to the EMEA Region for the first time.
