Tsukishiro Yanagi is the Hollow Special Operations 6 Deputy Chief. Most importantly, though, Yanagi is a playable character as of Zenless Zone Zero version 1.3. Check out our guide to all the Yanagi trust events in ZZZ.
Tsukishiro Yanagi Tape Requirement: Black Tales
To progress Yanagi's Trust past Friendly, she will ask for the "Black Tales" tape. This is the same one that Burnice White requires for her Trust.
You can get the Black Tales tape after reaching Video Store Level 3 and talking to Anna inside Random Play.
Tsukishiro Yanagi will send a DM requesting the tape and collect it in person in Random Play the following in-game day.
