Tsukishiro Yanagi Skills

Basic Attack

Yanagi has two stances: Upper String and Lower String. These stances change the effects of her Basic Attacks.
While in Upper String, Yanagi’s interrupt resistance increases while performing Basic Attacks.
While in Lower String, Yanagi’s interrupt increases while performing Basic Attacks
These effects persist for a bit after switching stances
Yanagi can attack up to five times, dealing Physical and Electric DMG.

Special Attack

Perform a slash that deals Electric DMG.
Yanagi switches stances after performing a Special Attack.
Interrupt resistance is increased
Pressing Special Attack after the third attack onwards of a Basic Attack combo activates a faster version of Circulation. This can block enemy attacks.
Performing a Basic Attack after the quick version of the Special Attack starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Charge up an attack before stabbing and performing a downward attack, dealing large Electric DMG.
Yanagi switches stance, while also entering the All-Encompassing state.
While in this state, continuing to attack after a full Basic Attack combo will restart the combo from the third attack.
Enemies hit by the EX Special Attack while in an Anomaly state will receive additional AoE Electric DMG based on Yanagi’s Anomaly Mastery.
If the enemy is in an Anomaly State other than Shock, this damage is considered Disorder damage.

Assist

Attacks enemies in front, dealing Electric DMG
Performing a Basic Attack after a Quick Assist starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Activated when the character on the field is about to be hit by an enemy attack
Parries the enemy attack, dealing Daze to them

Activated after performing Defensive Assist: Illuminating Counter by pressing the Basic Attack button
Launch multiple attacks at the enemy, dealing Electric DMG.
Performing a Basic Attack after a Defensive Assist starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Dodge

Dash to dodge enemy attacks

Attack forward, dealing Physical DMG

Attack during a Perfect Dodge to activate
Attack the enemy, dealing Electric DMG
Performing a Basic Attack after a Dodge Counter starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Chain Attack

Perform a downward attack, dealing Electric DMG
Performing a Basic Attack after a Chain Attack starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Ultimate: Raikage Tenka

Launch a powerful attack that can hit enemies from afar, followed by a lightning strike, dealing Electric DMG.
Performing a Basic Attack after a Chain Attack starts a Basic Attack combo from the third attack of the combo.

Tsukishiro Yanagi Core Skills in ZZZ

When Yanagi’s EX Special Attack hits an enemy, the enemy enters the Trembling State

Enemies under this state receive additional Electric DMG from Yanagi, as well as increased Disorder damage
This state’s duration is refreshed whenever Yanagi uses her EX Special Attack on the same target

Triggers with other Anomaly or Electric Agents
After switching stances or performing a Chain Attack or Assist Attack, Yanagi’s Electric Anomaly buildup increases for a set duration.

Yanagi gains a stack of Insight for a set duration whenever an enemy enters an Attribute Anomaly state.
Each stack of Insight grants Yanagi a short Invincible effect whenever she gets hit.
Whenever Yanagi has Insight Stacks, her Anomaly Mastery increases.
Yanagi can have up to 2 stacks of Insight at any given time.
Tsukishiro Management
Increase Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack level by 2.
Excellent Adaption
Yanagi enters the All-Encompassing State and recovers Energy whenever she performs a Chain Attack or an Assist Attack.
This effect has a cooldown.

Increase Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack level by 2.
Inhuman Blood
Enemies enter a See-Through state whenever Yanagi causes them to enter an Anomaly State or damages an enemy in an Anomaly State
Enemies in the See-Through state receive Electric DMG upon entering the state.
When Yanagi attacks enemies under this state, her attacks ignore a part of that target’s Electric DMG resistance.
