Where to change ZZZ settings
Settings can be changed from the main menu before you enter the game by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left. In-game while not in a combat scenario, you can change it by pressing Escape or tapping the top-left "pause" menu and selecting Options.
If you are in a scenario with combat, pausing the game would bring you to the "Combat Details" screen. Swap to the Options tab on the top-right of the screen.
