Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ): Qingyi Materials Pre-Farming Guide

You can start farming for Qingyi’s materials now. Find out all of the needed materials here!

Qingyi will join the lineup of characters in Zenless Zone Zero alongside the upcoming 1.1 update. If you're looking forward to pull on her limited-time banner, you can begin pre-farming all the needed materials for Qingyi now.

Qingyi is an S-Rank Electric Attribute Agent who specializes in Stun. She will be the second Agent from the New Eridu Public Security (NEPS) faction next to Zhu Yuan. Her other NEPS counterparts will join us later in the second phase of the 1.1 update.

The tiny android will be a powerful Stun asset to add to your team. Before diving into her required materials, you may want to check out Qingyi's profile, skills, and banner here. We have embedded a video breaking down her details below!

Qingyi Promotion Materials

Basic Stun Certification Seal
Advanced Stun Certification Seal
Buster Stun Certification Seal
Dennies

To reach Qingyi's maximum promotion (or ascension), you need to farm for these total materials:

  • x4 Basic Stun Certification Seal
  • x32 Advanced Stun Certification Seal
  • x30 Buster Stun Certification Seal
  • x800,000 Dennies

The primary way of farming for Certification Seals is via Combat Simulation at the HIA. But fret not, there will be plenty of events and challenges that'll reward you with a bunch of materials. As Qingyi approaches, there will likely be events centered around her that will offer a good amount of Qingyi's promotion materials. In the meantime, you can use your daily battery to farm up Stun Certification Seals here:

Qingyi Skill Materials

Basic Shock Chip
Advanced Shock Chip
Specialized Shock Chip
Hamster Cage Pass
Dennies

For Qingyi's maximum skills ascension (up until level 12), you need these total materials:

  • x5 Basic Shock Chip
  • x15 Advanced Shock Chip
  • x50 Specialized Shock Chip
  • x1 Hamster Cage Pass
  • x500,000 Dennies

The main farming method to get Shock Chips is also via Combat Simulation at the HIA. You'll need to combat in the "Current Test" to get the Basic and Advanced Shock Chips. The Hamster Cage Pass is a more exclusive item that you can obtain via events and rare challenges.

Materials can be tough to accumulate so it is recommended for you to carefully decide which promotion you want to focus on. As Qingyi is a Stun Agent, many players suggest focusing on her Skills promotion rather than Agent promotion. You can spend more Dennies for your DPS-focused Agent in your team.
