How to get the Human Heritage Armor in WoW: Dragonflight

The Human Heritage Armor is your chance to make your character look like a classic Warcraft III Footman or a guard of Stormwind!

In World of Warcraft: Dragonflight's Patch 10.0.7, two new Heritage armors were added to the game for Humans and Orcs. Both inspired by the appearance of the units in Warcraft III, these Heritage armor sets are a new boon for level 50 characters. Here’s how to grab the Human Heritage Armor in WoW: Dragonflight.

How to get Human Heritage Armor in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight

Before you grab this brand-new armor set, there’s a few requirements for getting the Human Heritage Armor in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight:

  • Be Human (Obviously)
  • Be Level 50 or above
  • Reach Exalted reputation with the city of Stormwind

Next you’ll want to Head to Master Matthias Shaw. He’s located on the second floor of the SI:7 quarters in Stormwind. He’ll give you the first quest in the to retrieve a stolen artifact.

Then complete this first quest, An Urgent Matter. Follow the questline, which will contain a few lore nuggets about the history of Humans.

Finally, once the quest line is complete, you’ll get three different types of Human Heritage Armor that can be transmogged to your Human characters. These work with any class or spec, so even Warriors can equip the mage’s outfit, and Mages can gear up in full footman armor!

About the Human Heritage Armor

This armor set is officially called the Lion's Heritage and comes in a trio of colors with two different styles. There’s red, blue and white tints,and each has the more heavily armored version, and the one with a tunic or skirt. That means you can customize how your new classic Warcraft III-inspired transmog looks. Or just use it to make yourself look like the best-dressed guard in all of Stormwind!
