3G loads at incredibly low speeds. Its bandwidth struggles to upload quality content. If you stream with 3G, you will have to sacrifice quality.

That being said, streaming on 3G is not necessarily recommended. If you can, try and spend your money on something a little better.

Streaming on Twitch does not need a high amount of upload speed, but you want to make sure it is stable. An upload speed of at least 10 Mbps should suffice, anything lower may disconnect your stream here and there though.

Your download speed does not matter when streaming, but it would be suggested to have a decent download speed (anything over 50 Mpbs) so that you can play multiplayer games at a fast speed.

ALWAYS have your PC connected to the internet through an ethernet cord though, that way your connection stays as fast and stable as possible.
