Revive your teammates as often as you can!

If you’re struggling to find bandages in 99 Nights in the Forest, there’s a structure that you can visit to get as many as possible.

Bandages are the most crucial survival items that you can find in the game. With its ability to heal HP and revive teammates, every player should always have at least one or two in their inventory.

However, one common problem with bandages is that they’re quite rare, as most of the items you'll usually find around are coals, logs, or metal scraps.

In this guide, we’ll show you the ways of farming bandages in 99 Nights in the Forest and other tips to use them.

Best way to get bandages in 99 Nights in the Forest

You can get bandages from basically any structure and chests that you can find, although for a small chance. The best place, however, is the clinic, which you can occasionally find once your campfire reaches level 4.

Like any other structures in the game, clinics are randomly generated in your map, so there’s no fixed location where you can find them. Fortunately, it’s quite easy to recognize with the cross sign on its facade and the red and white coloring of its walls.

Take caution when approaching a clinic, as Alpha Wolves are likely walking around it. Inside, you can get one or two bandages and other healing items, like Cake and Medkit.

Again, you can find bandages almost anywhere, so the most efficient way to farm them is to keep exploring more areas around the map, making clinics your top priority.

Classes that provide bandages by default

Apart from loot, these classes can also give you bandage(s) at the start of the game:

  • Support: Provides one bandage on Day 1.
  • Medic: Provides two bandages on Day 1, with faster reviving time and the ability to turn a bandage into a Medkit.

Tips and tricks for using bandages

Below are several things to keep in mind if you want to maximize your bandage usage in 99 Nights in the Forest:

  • Equip your bandage to a button that is most comfortable for you. This will allow you to use it quickly in times when you need it the most, like in combat.
  • If you’re playing as a Medic and you’re in a game with other players, tell them to notify you in case they find a clinic. Since your class perks are essentially designed for using bandages, you should be the one carrying most of them in your team.
  • When using a bandage to revive a player outside your camp during nighttime, put that dead player inside the sack and run back into your camp. This way, you can revive your ally successfully without endangering yourself.
  • Make sure to stock up on bandages before tackling events like The Hedge Maze, where monsters and hostile NPCs are everywhere.
