Buying and using pickaxes is one of the core mechanics in Roblox’s latest hit game, The Forge. At the start of the game, you can get a Stone Pickaxe for free, and from there, you work your way to earn money and buy better pickaxes.
The more expensive the pickaxe, the higher the Mine Power, which allows you to mine ores from tougher rocks. Some rocks in the game, such as the Volcanic Rock, require a pickaxe of at least 100 Mine Power, but in return, it can contain two of the rarest ores so far: Demonite and Darkryte.

All Pickaxes in The Forge
Most pickaxes can be purchased from the two pickaxe shops located in Stonewake’s Cross and the Forgotten Kingdom. A few others, which are usually stronger than the standard options, are sold in specific areas deeper in the world, often located near hostile NPCs.

Most pickaxes include rune slots that let you equip runes to boost their damage or luck. You can obtain mining runes as loot drops from various enemies.
