When taking on Virizion in Pokémon GO, Flying-types are your best friend thanks to that double weakness. This gives lots of options to Trainers. They range from the super powerful Mega Rayquaza and Rayquaza, all the way to easily avaliable common Pokémon like Braviary and Staraptor.
Galarian Articuno, if you have found that on your Daily Incense Travels is a good Pokémon for this Raid, as is Moltres which appeared in Raids not too long ago.
That budget Staraptor mentioned above featured heavily in the recent Shiny Scatterbug event, so check your storage for any good IV Starly. Shadow Staraptor will also be great for this Raid too. You can also use Incarnate Forme Enamorus and Yveltal, that both appeared in Raids this year - both of these are some of the best counters.
