Pokémon GO January 2025 Max Mondays schedule

Max Mondays are a relatively new weekly event in Pokémon GO, and they are continuing through January 2025. Each Monday, a different Dynamax Pokémon is featured across all Power Spots. This is a great chance to get out and grind as many Dynamax Max Battles as possible, focusing on a specific Pokémon. This takes place between 6pm and 7pm local time.

With some big Gigantamax expected over the next few months, getting your hands on some good Dynamax Pokémon is really important. Here are all the Max Mondays in Pokémon GO coming during January 2025.

Here are all the Dynamax Pokémon featured during January 2025's Max Mondays.

The first Max Monday in January 2025 is Dynamax Machop. This is a very worthwhile Max Battle to do. Not only can you defeat it on your own, but Dynamax Machamp is the single best Fighting-type Pokémon avaliable at the moment in this system. If you don't have a good Dynamax Machamp yet, do this Max Monday.

However, don't do these if you only need candy. This is a two-star Max Battle, so needs a lot of Max Particles. In addition, Machop spawns readily in the wild this season.

The second featured Pokémon in January will be Dynamax Squirtle. This is a great chance to grind yourself a good Blastoise, if you don't have one already. Additionally, Gigantamax Blastoise is a great Pokémon. If you want to level up its Max Moves, you will need Squirtle XL Candy. These Max Battles can be a great way to get some additional XL candy towards this.

At the moment, it has not been revealed what the last two Pokémon GO Max Mondays will be in January 2025. That means it is going to be a brand new Dynamax Pokémon that we have not yet been told is debuting. Come back soon to see what Pokémon it will be.
