Mega Aggron is back in Pokémon GO Mega raids from July 22 until August 3. Mega Aggron is one of the stronger Steel-type Raid Attackers in the game and is well worth picking up some Mega Energy for in Raids.
Normal Aggron is also a pretty good Rock-type attacker. So, even though Mega Aggron loses it's Rock-typing when in the Mega form, you'll still get an Aggron after the raid that can be useful in multiple different situations.

Mega Aggron has a weakness to three types, Fire, Fighting and Ground. It has a huge amount of resistances, with 11 different types of attacks not being effective against it.
Thankfully Pokémon GO has lots of god Fire, Ground and Fighting-type Pokémon to choose from. This includes some powerful Mega Pokémon.
