Don’t miss out on some free Pokémon GO Twitch Drops.

Pokémon GO Twitch Drops are back, as a reward for watching the Pokémon 2024 World Championships taking place in Honolulu, Hawaiʻ. The event takes place between August 16-19.

Pokémon GO is joined by Scarlet and Violet, TGC and Pokémon UNITE. Viewers tuning in to watch any of these tournaments on Twitch will be able to unlock associated rewards.

Here are the steps to redeem your Pokémon GO Twitch Drops:

How to claim Pokémon GO Twitch Drops

To redeem the drop, the first step is tuning into the competition on the Pokémon GO Twitch channel. This works even if they are rebroadcasting the action from earlier in the day, so don't worry about missing the tournament.

Trainers will have the opportunity to get up to two codes for exclusive Timed Research by watching 30 minutes of the Pokémon GO Twitch live stream on Days 1 and 2 of the Pokémon GO World Championships!

Additionally, a third code for Timed Research will be available to Trainers who watch 30 minutes of the official Pokémon GO co-streams that are showing the Pokémon GO World Championships. Visit this page to see a full list of official co-streamers.

Once you've watched on any day for at least 30 minutes, you will have earned the drop and it will appear in your Drops inventory. To redeem it, you'll need to link your Twitch and Pokémon GO accounts.

Follow these steps to do so once you've watched for the time required:
