If you get codes for new cards or items in Pokémon TCG Pocket, you’ll need to know how to redeem them to get the items.
Like so many games, mobile or free-to-play on other devices, Pokémon TCG Pocket has codes you can redeem. There aren't always going to be a ton available that give you super rare cards, but you can get some items to help you build your collection.
Codes often deliver hourglasses so you can open packs more frequently or do a Wonder Pick. You might even get shop tickets to help you add cosmetics to your profile, such as a playmat or emblem. Let's go over how you can redeem any codes you can.

Maybe there's a promotion with a company or a secret code dished out via social media? You'll want to use it before it expires and get your hands on whatever it offers. Of course, you can't redeem the code in Pokémon TCG Pocket if you don't know how.
That's where we come in. Just follow these steps and you'll be on your way to redeeming codes like a champion:
- Enter your Support ID
- Find this by pressing the three lines at the bottom right and locating Support ID at the top of the window that opens
- Enter the code you were given
- Press the Send button
- Open Pokémon TCG Pocket
- Get through the main screen and open the Gift Inbox
- Accept the item(s) that came from the code
You read all of that right. You don't actually redeem the code within Pokémon TCG Pocket. This is done via a separate website that we linked for you. If you happen to get a code, input it there and it will be waiting for you next time you load in.
