The more Supporter you play, the more effective Silvally becomes in the field.

The Silvally deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket is one of the most popular and flexible meta decks today due to its speed and high damage in the early game.

Silvally, a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon, has a powerful move called Brave Buddies that can dish out 100 damage with just a couple of Energies. However, to hit that 100-damage threshold, you need to play a Supporter card on the same turn so Silvally can force you to have a random advantage before it attacks.

If you want to try the effectiveness of this Colorless Pokémon in battle, here’s a Silvally deck build that can help you rack up win streaks in Versus Mode.

Meta-friendly Silvally deck list

Since Silvally is a Colorless Pokémon, it can fit with any type of deck. But for this build, we’ll feature Silvally with Aerodactyl ex, an underrated Pokémon from the Mythical Island-themed pack.

How to play the Silvally deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket

The strategy behind this deck is quite straightforward, as all you have to do is play Type: Null and focus on evolving it to Silvally. You can attack right away with Type: Null, and if you get an Old Amber, keep it on your sidelines until it’s ready to turn into an Aerodactyl ex.

The Silvally deck rarely bricks because you’ll always have some Supporter cards in your hand to do something. It’s vital to have at least a copy of Gladion so you can fish out either a Silvally or a Type: Null from your deck if you need one.

The best scenario for you when playing this deck is to have Silvally ready to attack during your second or third turn. Play the most ideal Supporter card in your hand, and Silvally should be able to one-hit KO most Basic and Stage 1 Pokémon with Brave Buddies.

If your opponent defeats your Silvally, Aerodactyl ex can take over and close the game.

As you already know, this Silvally deck has a bunch of Supporter cards to ensure that Silvally can always deal 100 damage.

The most important Supporters here are Gladion and Professor’s Research. You can use the rest whenever you want, depending on how you want to annoy your opponent.

Strength

Silvally can end games in a few turns, especially if your opponent plays squishy Basic Pokémon like those pesky Oricorio and Manaphy. Also, you can tweak this deck by replacing Aerodactyl ex and Old Amber with any single-stage evolution Pokémon that you like.

Weakness

The worst scenario that you might encounter while playing this deck is if you can’t get your Silvally right away.

There will be times when you’re unlucky enough to have your Gladion cards at the bottom of your deck, but this rarely happens. Although it’s less effective, you can always resort to using your Aerodactyl ex.
