All Pokémon in Lapras EX deck
When breaking down our build for a Lapras EX deck, you first have to look at the essential Pokémon added to the deck. To start off, we have included four Lapras cards; two EX and two regular.
While the Lapras EX card does have more HP, the regular Lapras does more damage, making them both heavy hitters. They are also considered Basic Pokémon, so they can be played directly from your hand.
Next, we included a Starmie EX evolution line, with two Staryus and two Starmies in the deck. Starmie EX, not only has high HP but does 90 damage with an attack that only requires two Water Energies.
The final Pokémon we included was two Articuno cards. Players can have Articuno EX cards if they want, but having too many EX cards in one deck can be dangerous, as the opponent will get two points for knocking them out.

All Trainer cards in Lapras EX deck
Trainer cards are also essential for making a solid deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket. This Lapras EX deck has 10 Trainer cards, all of which can be used strategically to win a battle.
First off, we made sure to include two Misty's. Misty is great for any Water deck, as it lets players flip a coin and every heads (until it hits tails) puts one Water Energy on a chosen Pokémon.
We also included two Sabrina cards in this deck, as Sabrina switches out your opponent's Active Pokémon with one of their Benched. To top off the deck, we included two Professor's Research cards, two Poké Ball cards, and two Potion cards.
The best strategy for Lapras EX deck
Essentially, the best strategy for this deck is getting a Lapras or Lapras EX out on the field as soon as possible and playing a Misty card in hopes that you hit quite a few heads.
Once all your Pokémon are stacked with Water Energies, it will be easy to take out your opponent.
