In the Overwatch 2 new mode, there are six support heroes to choose from. Here’s a guide to the best support builds for the Stadium.
With the launch of Overwatch 2's Stadium mode, players and content creators alike have wasted no time in uncovering the most effective builds for every hero. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the top support hero builds dominating the mode. Let’s dive in.
Ana Stadium build
The first support build in the Stadium will be for Ana. She is a very flexible hero to build, especially if you want to test funny builds. However, Ana is very strong due to her high-impact support from a distance. For Stadium, you'll need a build equally strong to make your Ana shine. The focus will be on the Weapon items because they will enhance her utility, healing impact, and survivability.
The No Scope Needed is great for increasing Ana's attack speed. Choosing the Nano Infuser as the second power will enhance Ana’s Nano Boost ability, either by adding extra effects (like bonus speed or healing) or reducing cooldown. Your Full Potential will make your Nano Boost ability to also guarantee 20% ultimate charge and 300 Overhealth. If you reached the late game phase and you want to be even more supportive of your team, choose the Dreamy power so your Sleep Dart can hit allies, healing 100% of their max life over eight seconds instead of putting them to sleep. This way, Ana will make her allies sustain more in the fights and thrive on their way to victory.
Mostly weapon items
When selecting items, prioritize those that increase your ammunition capacity and attack speed. The Commander's Clip provides a 10% boost to attack speed and increases your maximum ammo by 40%. Booster Jets offer a 20% increase in attack speed. Additionally, Unscoped Resources gives you four extra rounds of ammo and a 50% chance of not consuming ammo with each shot. For rare items, Potent Projectiles is an excellent option to enhance your Biotic Rifle projectiles. Stockpile offers a 5% increase in attack speed and a 20% boost to maximum ammo, while Aftermarket Firing Pin provides a 10% increase in attack speed and a 5% increase in movement speed.
Juno Stadium build
For this Stadium build, we're following the steps of Aspen, one of the biggest Overwatch 2 content creators. She posted this build on her TikTok. As she explained, during the early game, you should go for various rare items instead of one epic because, altogether, they will bring more value to your hero. However, mid to late game, this is the build she usually does to make her Juno super strong. Juno is a great support due to her unique blend of mobility, healing, and utility that allows her to thrive in both chaotic skirmishes and coordinated teamfights.
To take the most advantage of her torpedos, go for Pulsar Plus power, which gives an additional charge to your Pulsar Torpedos. One round five, Cosmic Coolant that reduces your torpedos' cooldown by one second every time you hit an enemy. For Aspen, the last two powers depend pretty much on your gameplay and style. However, she does like to play with the Stinger for additional damage and the Torpedo Glide for more ability cooldown reduction.

For the items, Nano Cola, Multi-Tool, and Energized Bracers are great for Juno due to their ability power, cooldown reduction, and a little bit of ability lifesteal. When you have the funds for an epic item, the first one you need to pick is the Pulstar Destroyers. They will allow Juno's torpedos to explode on hit, dealing 20 damage. Mid to late game, with more money on your account, go for the Champion's Kit and Pulse Spike items. With this build, your Juno will be broken! However, our beautiful girl is getting some balance hotfix soon. Let's see how it is going to affect her gameplay in the Overwatch 2 Stadium.
Kiriko build
In this support Stadium build for Kiriko, we will focus on Mihai "mL7" Lupascu's setup. He is a Romanian former professional player, content creator, and main support. This build emphasizes Kiriko's strengths as a highly mobile hero with effective burst healing and crucial utility for saving teammates. mL7 has chosen abilities that enhance power, health, and healing to maximize Kiriko's effectiveness in this mode.
For Kiriko's abilities, he opted for the Two-Zu power, which grants Kiriko's Protection Suzi an additional charge. In the third round, he determined that Supported Shooting was the best item for Kiriko, as it enhances her healing support for allies and provides a 20% increase in Attack Speed for three seconds. Additionally, he chose a power that enhances his ability to sustain team fights. The Self-Care item heals Kiriko for 5% of her maximum health whenever she uses the Healing Ofuda. He never reached the last item, but some builds chose the Foxy Fireworks for more damage in case your team needs it.

Kiriko's items
Ability power is crucial for Kiriko, so it's important to select items that enhance her abilities. A popular choice is the Talisman of Velocity, which provides a 15% increase in ability power, along with 25% attack speed and 25% movement speed for four seconds. Another good option is the Talisman of Life, which grants 20% ability power and an additional 100 overhealth for five seconds when using her Protection Suzu.
In this gaming scenario, he was taking a lot of damage, prompting him to seek out sustain items. One of his choices was the Goddess's Aura, which provides Kiriko with 25 health and 100 overhealth for four seconds after using Swift Step. He also selected the Martian Mender, offering 25 health and a 10% cooldown reduction, along with the Geneticist's Vial, which grants 25 health and a revive upon dying for the first time in the round (though it restores only 200 health after three seconds). Additionally, he chose Vital-E-Tee for extra armor.

Lúcio Stadium build
When it is well played, a Lúcio main is truly annoying. However, you can start being one of those useful Lúcios for your team with this build. To take advantage of Lúcio's healing power, we are going to focus this build on ability power. You're going to be a true medic in Overwatch 2 Stadium mode.
Start by selecting Crowd Pleaser to heal all your allies affected by Crossfade for 200% of Crossfade's healing. Next, choose Reverb for an additional charge of Soundwave. In the mid-game, use Let's Bounce, which offers a 30% increase in knockback and deals an extra 40 damage if the target hits a wall. In the late game, Vivace is ideal for Lúcio, as it makes his Soundwave cooldown refresh 25% faster while he is airborne and adds one maximum ammo for every second until he reloads.
For the items, continue using the Champion's Kit, Liquid Nitrogen, and Cybervenom for increased ability power, cooldown reduction, and health. For the epic items, the #1 Single, Nano Cola, and Multi-Tool are perfectly suited for Lúcio's unmatched mobility, team-wide utility, and disruptive playstyle that makes him one of the most valuable and slippery support heroes in the game.
Lúcio "one-shot" build
Talking about Lucio and not bringing up the most famous Lucio main on the Internet would be a crime. Let's meet one of the crazy Lúcio builds that Frogger came up with. However, instead of a support-focused Stadium build, Frogger came up with one of the strongest builds in the mode: the one-shot Lúcio. Check out his video to learn more about it.
Mercy Stadium build
Mercy is one of the most played heroes in Overwatch 2, so there are many support builds for her out there, especially in the new Stadium mode. However, we're going to choose Skiesti's Mercy build since she is a very well-known Overwatch content creator and a great Mercy main player. Mercy’s strengths lie in her consistent single-target healing, strong mobility, and unique ability to resurrect fallen teammates, making her one of the most reliable and impactful support heroes when played strategically.
Initially, select the Renaissance power to activate your Valkyrie for five seconds after successfully using Resurrect. In round three, choose the Crepuscular Circle to provide healing and a damage boost from the Caduceus Staff while Valkyrie is active; this will be automatically applied to nearby allies.
Then, the First Responder's ability will allow you and your allies to sustain more damage by granting 250 Overhealth for six seconds after you resurrect an ally. In the late game, you can choose various powers depending on the current state of the game. Distortion is a strong option, as it grants 20% lifesteal to allies boosted by the Caduceus Staff. In her latest video, she explains with more depth which paths you should choose depending on your game.
Mercy's items
Mercy stands out with the Caduceus Ex, which provides her with 10% weapon power and increases her Guardian Angel range by 33%. Additionally, the Chain Evoker enhances Mercy's durability by granting her 50 armor, a 5% damage boost to her Caduceus staff, and a 15% ultimate charge from damage dealt.
Next, consider using the Resurrection Rangefinder for a 10% cooldown reduction and an increased resurrection range of 75%. Following that, equip Long Distance Wings for an additional 10% ability power and another 33% Guardian Angel range. For health boosts, Angeleisure Wear adds 25 health, and the Martian Mender provides 25 health, a 10% cooldown reduction, and restores 3% of your health every second.
Overall, Mercy excels in teams that can protect her or benefit from damage boosts. While she lacks burst healing or crowd control, her consistency, survivability, and game-changing utility make her a top-tier support in the right hands.
Moira Stadium build
The final support build for the Stadium is designed for Moira. She is a beast with a unique attack that can make her a great duelist. Moira deals significant healing and damage simultaneously, along with strong survivability and self-sustain. While she is one of the most forgiving support heroes mechanically, she can be very impactful when played aggressively and intelligently.
For the power selection, opt for Chain Grasp, which allows Biotic Grasp's secondary fire to chain to a second target within 10 meters for three seconds after using a Biotic Orb. In the third round, choose the Deconstruction power, which increases damage by 20% for six seconds after spending 50 Biotic Energy.
Next, consider Precarious Potency, which will heal allies for an additional 20% of Biotic Grasp's healing over five seconds after they are healed by Moira's Biotic Grasp. Finally, Ethereal Excision is an excellent choice, granting 30% movement speed, 30% lifesteal, and restoring 100% more Biotic Energy while aiming at an enemy's head with Biotic Grasp.
Moira's items
Weapon power and attack speed are crucial for Moira's build. The Subatomic Splitter boosts weapon power by 10% and increases the range of Biotic Grasp's secondary fire by 15%, making Moira's damage more consistent.
Next, consider the Eye of the Spider for an additional 25% weapon power, and Volskaya Ordnance to gain 10% attack speed. The High Capacity Tubing will further enhance your weapon power by 10% and provide an extra 50 Biotic Energy.
