Here’s a quick and detailed guide on how to play Once Human with friends. There are multiple ways you can team up with friends in Once Human. We try to cover as many possibilities as possible.

When you boot up the game for the first time, you will get an option to choose a server. There will be dozens of options, some more populated than others. We recommend choosing a server that is not full of people. These servers usually have more experienced players and the high population means you will have little to no opportunity to learn the game.

You should choose a server that is partially full giving you room to understand the game and form your strategy. Of course, if you are well-versed in the game, then you can choose any server you want. It will allow you to flex your skills against much better opponents.

You can also switch Worlds in Once Human. To do this you need to simply go to any teleportation tower. Once you reach the tower, simply select the “Switch to another world” option by pressing G. You will see a list of options and all you need to do is choose one. Once you select one and move ahead, you will be teleported to the new world to experience the game all over again. 

Now that is about Changing Worlds. But if you want to change servers, you can still do. However, there’s a small problem. Characters cannot change servers, so even while you join another server, you will have to make a new character. 

If you are playing with friends, we recommend coordinating which server to join before starting the game. This will ensure that you can play with friends and coordinate with them to win.

You can form a Party with your friends before you start a game. Playing in a Party ensures that you can run silos, join a Warband. You can also defeat bosses together which adds to the charm of playing Once Human.

One of the most important considerations while starting Once Human is the server selection. If you have friends from all over the world, then choosing the same server is crucial to actually be able to play with friends. 

Before you add friends, you need to have completed the tutorial. It’s only after you complete the tutorial that you can actually play the game itself.
