In the remastered version of Oblivion, you can open the console and essentially cheat. Of course, there are bugs or glitches that may be fixed using console commands. Either way you want to go about it, you'll need to know the commands in place.
How to open the console
Whether you're through Steam or the Xbox app, you need to play PC in order to open the console and use commands in Oblivion Remastered. It is super easy to pull it up. You just have to hit the tilde key ( ~ ).
Do know that using any console commands will disable achievements from being unlocked across any of your save files. You'll need to uninstall and reinstall, or download a mod to reactivate achievements, if you want them back.
