Check out esports.gg’s Silver and Blood tier list, showcasing the best vassals in terms of performance, and viability in the current meta.

This Blood and Silver tier list will showcase the best vassals in the game and which you should prioritize upgrading. Each of the unlockable characters has their own strengths. However, there are exceptional ones that far surpass the rest.

However, simply picking the best vassals to get in Silver and Blood is not enough. You also need to take their moon phase into consideration. It’s always good to have a balance to trigger Blood Moon. This powerful buff activates when three vassals with distinct Moon Phases cast a skill.

With that said, here is our Blood and Silver tier list, ranking all of the vassals from best to worst and which you should main in the current meta.

The best Blood and Silver vassal tier list for July 2025

Before anything else, let’s talk about how our tier list works. We will be focusing on having the best units for each moon phase. This way, you will be able to capitalize on the Blood Moon buff. Of course, each vassal has their own perks and roles in the game. This is why you should also consider if they are damage dealers, tanks, or supports, and avoid placing too much of the same role.

This tier list will help you decide which heroes to pick, with S-tier being the most effective and C-tier being the worst in the current meta. You will want to avoid the low-tier vassals unless they are required in an event or special stages.

Best New Moon Phase Vassal Tier List for Silver and Blood

  • S-Tier: Seth, Transcendent Ami, Starry-Eyed Aiona
  • A-Tier: Friedrich, Bella, Yggdrasill
  • B-Tier: Theophane, Edina, Aiona, Jestel
  • C-Tier: Katherine, Jones

Seth

  • Best Artifact: Cage of the Invisible Nightingale

Arguably, Seth is one of the best healers in the current meta. Her Ultimate ability to rewind an ally’s HP to its state three seconds prior to healing them makes her an effective counter against most burst-damage enemies. Not only that, her Ultimate also has purify and then heal them if the effect successfully activates. Almost everything she does results in healing allies.

Transcendent Ami

  • Best Artifact: Fruit of Immortality

If you’re looking for a reliable tank, Transcendent Ami is the perfect pick in the current meta. She has her own built-in sustain, making it easier for healers to keep her alive. On top of that, she has high Physical and Magic Defense, so she can soak up a ton of damage. The only downside is that she needs to stack up her Landis Spirits or Jellyfish to fully utilize her kit.

Starry-Eyed Aiona

  • Best Artifact: Cage of the Invisible Nightingale

What makes Starry-Eyed Aiona viable is her accessibility. As a  non-Ancestral Vassal, you can easily get her in banners, especially in the Embrace Bonuses event after 150 and 300 pulls in the Blue Dawn banner.

Her ability to move allies is perfect for repositioning or dodging dangerous skill shots. She also provides a shield on top of a Physical Damage Taken Down buff. This makes her a decent budget alternative to Seth for all types of content.

Best Crescent Moon Phase Vassal Tier List for Silver and Blood

  • S-Tier: Acapella, Ami
  • A-Tier: Gilrain, Darcias, Nicole, Augustine, Spectral Gilrain
  • B-Tier: Pavana, Mass, Hati, Joan
  • C-Tier: Noah, Clive, Leo

Acapella

  • Best Artifact: Cage of the Invisible Nightingale

Acapella doesn’t have as much healing compared to other supports in the Silver and Blood tier list. However, she does provide something that not a lot of vassals offer. Her ability to increase Bloodsoul Recovery, which is also pretty cheap to cast, allows you to cast abilities frequently. On top of that, her passive Notes can provide buffs to allies like Magic or Physical Damage Up and Crit Rate Up.

Ami

  • Best Artifact: Fruit of Immortality

If you don’t have her ancestral form, Ami is still a decent tank to have. Her base form’s Ultimate can teleport allies to a set location, good for repositioning. On top of that, allies also gain extra Attack Speed, which is useful for vassals like Van Helsing.

She also has a soul link that provides All DMG Up and Taken Down buffs to one ally linked to her.

Best Full Moon Phase Vassal Tier List for Silver and Blood

  • S-Tier: Lamia, Transcendent Hati, Van Helsing, Incendiary Agares
  • A-Tier: Limine, Transcendent Noah, Thibault, Agares, Piera, Cecia
  • B-Tier: Tris, Ressa, Ottavia, Goldland, Cain, Empousa, Selena, Baphomet
  • C-Tier: William, Jennie, Henry, Gardic, Clive Jr., Setti

Lamia

I swear, Lamia's Ultimate is just like Hayabusa from Mobile Legends. (Screenshot via esports.gg)

  • Best Artifact: Philosopher's Stone, Silvershadow Chronometer

Lamia is at the top of the meta due to her insane versatility and sustain. Her Ultimate can bounce up to 8 enemies. However, if you are dealing with one enemy, all the bounce damage gets focused on that target alone, making for some insane damage numbers. However, the damage does get reduced by 50% when hitting the same target.

Aside from her bounce attacks, she can also provide Lifesteal on allies during a Blood Moon. This adds a ton of sustain to your party, especially in PvP scenarios where you need to keep your units alive.

Transcendent Hati

Possibly the DOT queen of Silver and Blood if we get more support for this playstyle. (Screenshot via esports.gg)

  • Best Artifact: Poseidon's Skull, Philosopher's Stone

Damage-over-time (DOT) playstyle is still a bit clunky in Silver and Blood. This is probably due to the lack of vassals that can support this kind of mechanic. However, Dalcarlo is arriving soon, so that might change. Despite this, it doesn’t mean they are not viable in the current meta. Transcendent Hati takes DOT meta to the next level as her Ultimate can immediately activate all applied Continuous DMG debuffs on enemies.

You can pair her with other Continuous DMG units like the base form of Agares to maximize the on-demand DOT burst.

Van Helsing

  • Best Artifact: Eye of Truth

Arguably one of the best early game vassals you can have in Silver and Blood. His Ultimate transforms his guns into a bow that never runs out of ammo as long as he takes down enemies fast enough. Aside from his Ultimate, his special passive allows him to deal damage based on the enemy’s lost HP, which is good against tanks.

His Talent can be a bit tricky to activate. You need to leave two tiles in front of him empty so he starts stacking up CRIT Rate every second. This makes him very vulnerable to enemies who can lounge at targets, unless you can pair him with a tank that can taunt enemies. Additionally, he gains more CRIT Rate during Blood Moon.

Incendiary Agares

He burns everyone who gets in his way, including himself. (Screenshot via esports.gg)

Best Artifact: Philosopher's Stone

Incendiary Agares deals massive damage to a single target. However, what makes him tricky to use is that he consumes HP while casting his Ultimate. If in a dying state, this vassal can trigger a massive AoE damage attack and further increase his overall DMG. Additionally, his Ultimate costs no Bloodsoul, and he doesn’t drain HP while in this state. However, this can only be triggered once per battle. A high-risk-high-reward vassal that can make or break your runs.
