Honor of Kings just released their 89th Hero, Loong, or also known as Ao Yin in China's server. To sum it up, the marksman hero is unique and like no other. He's capable of wielding elements and transforming into a majestic dragon.
Who is Loong in Honor of Kings?
Based on the Honor of Kings' lore, Loong comes from an ancient race of dragons that disappeared from the world a long time ago. After an experience that changed his life, this childish young man returned to the world a hundred times more resolute than before.
He vowed to return the true name of his vanished race to this world. In this vast world, all that's left of this ancient race will be watching him as he attempts to reclaim what was lost.
How to get Loong in Honor of Kings
Loong is available in Honor of Kings' shop from July 11 onwards and can be bought using either 13,888 Starstones or 333 Tokens. Players might get him with cheaper prices later on or use the Trial Card to play him in matches.

Passive: Hidden Dragon
- The elemental Dragon Souls from Loong's last 2 skill attacks will be attached to his primary and secondary swords.
- When using his Basic Attack, he attacks with his primary sword. If there are other enemies nearby, he will also attack them with his secondary sword. Both swords deal physical damage. He gains 1 Dragon Soul mark upon using skills, for up to 3 marks.
- The next Basic Attack expends all marks, unleashing 1 Dragon Soul at the target for each mark. Effects of enhanced Basic Attacks vary depending on the type of Dragon Soul attached to his primary sword.
- When a target is attacked by more than 1 Dragon Soul, subsequent hits deal only 50% damage. When switching between Dragon Souls, souls of the same element are prioritized.
Skill 1: Flaming Palm
- Loong unleashes a wave of sword energy, gaining 1 Dragon Soul mark and dealing physical damage and true damage to enemies within range.
- Use of Flaming Palm attaches 1 Fire Dragon Soul to his sword, allowing him to deal extra physical damage during Basic Attacks.
- If a Fire Dragon Soul is attached to both swords, he deals even more physical damage.
- If a Fire Dragon Soul is attached to his primary sword, his enhanced Basic Attacks will deal true damage and physical damage.
Skill 2: Downpour
- Loong unleashes a wave of sword energy, dealing physical damage to enemies within range and recovering Health upon hitting an enemy.
- Use of Downpour attaches 1 Water Dragon Soul to his sword, allowing him to recover Health and Mana from Basic Attacks.
- If a Water Dragon Soul is attached to both swords, he recovers even more.
- If a Water Dragon Soul is attached to his primary sword, he will deal physical damage with his enhanced Basic Attacks and also recover Health when he lands a hit.
- Recovery effects are reduced for hits on non-hero units.

Skill 3: Riding the Wind
- Loong unleashes a wave of sword energy, gaining Movement Speed that diminishes over time. He also deals physical damage to targets within range and knocks them back.
- Use of Riding the Wind attaches 1 Wind Dragon Soul to his sword, granting him Movement Speed.
- If a Wind Dragon Soul is attached to both swords, he gains an extra 50% Movement Speed.
- If a Wind Dragon Soul is attached to his primary sword, he will deal physical damage and knock back the enemy with every strike of his enhanced Basic Attack.
Ultimate: Infinite Vastness
- Loong reveals his true white dragon form and soars into the sky. For 4.5s (can be ended earlier), he is untargetable and ignores terrain, but cannot attack. Then, he dives forward, dealing physical damage to enemies in his path and slowing them. He is also untargetable while diving.
- Upon landing, he deals the same amount of damage and places Dread on hit enemies for 1s. Loong then unsheathes the True Dragon Sword, gaining Attack Speed for 10s.
- When attacking with this sword, his other swords will attack up to two additional targets. Targets afflicted with Dread will involuntarily move away from Loong.
- He can switch his swords' elemental Dragon Souls while in flight.
